India's telecom regulator Trai has delayed the scrapping of the charge paid by mobile phone companies for calls made to rival networks for one year. Called IUC, these charges were set to become zero from January 1, 2020. The telecom regulator also initiated talks to prescribe minimum or floor price for mobile calls and data.
