Today Non-Gazetted Forest officers association held Press conference at Forest Complex Dogra Hall Jammu .

In view of agreement made in between NGFOA leaders and the authorities on date:- 12-09-2018. and in view of Direction passed by Hon'ble High Court Jammu in Swp No.77 of 2016 M.P.No: 01/2016 titled Sheikh Bashir v/s Dated:- 12-02-2016.
1. Removal of Pay Aanomaly.
2. Two and half days extra salary.
3. Risk allowances-
4. Re-organization /Re-structure of Forest Deptt as per modal of Tamil Nadu State.
5. Enhancement/ up gradation of 135 posts of Range Officers Grade-II
6. Revocation of illegal placements of junior most Foresters as i/c Range Officers.
7. DPC Of all cadres viz. Range Officers, Foresters, Dy. Forester, Forest Guards, class IV Drivers and cleaners etc.
8. Repatriate deployment of Social forestry SFC born and other wings.
9. Pending SRO 43 cases.
10. Providing Uniform to all employees right from class IV up to Range Grade-I (both of winter and summer seasons)
11. Extraction of timber and forest sale depots retrieve back to forest department from SFC like as firewood etc.
12. Awards to front line field staff for outstanding performance as per notification already issued by administrative department.
13. Charge allowance in favour of uncharge Range Officers.
