2G mobile connectivity in 5 districts of the Jammu region and broadband facilities to all the institutions dealing with essential services including hospitals, banks, and hotels among others are restored today (January 15). However, users won't be able to access any social media sites and messaging services, said the order issued by Principal Secretary, Home, Shaleen Kabra.
