The National Investigation Agency (NIA) will investigate the case of Jammu and Kashmir Police's suspended DSP Davinder Singh as a terrorist. After a formal order from the Ministry of Home Affairs, the NIA has started an investigation on Saturday taking Davinder's case in his hand.

The latest FIR filed against him lays severe sections of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) and the Arms Act. According to the NIA, if there is strong evidence in the investigation, then there will be a treason against him. He will soon be brought to Delhi for questioning.
