Employees hail J&K Bank for offering multiple Eid gifts

Jammu and Kashmir Bank Employees Association, Jammu unit expressed gratitude to the Chairman, J&K Bank, Parvez Ahmed for his gesture of providing multiple Eid gifts in the shape of promotion calls across all cadres, fulfilment of long pending demand of perks for the workmen staff and regularization of casually engaged workers.
In a statement issued here on Friday, Rohit Singh Langeh, General Secretary of the Association, Jammu unit, said “We feel elated and jubilant, exciting and humbling to be recognized for the hard work we have all put together for the turnaround from the turmoil phase. Your visionary and dynamic leadership has catapult the Jammu and Kashmir bank out of the turmoil phase when other banks are struggling to recover from NPA shocks.”
“In the shortest span since you have taken over the reins , a number of staff welfare initiatives have been introduced and promotion process across all cadres have either been accomplished or has been notified with commitment to complete the process within a promised time frame. First time in the history of Jammu and Kashmir bank promotion process, for the Banking Associates have been initiated well in time,” he said.
“The unflinching trust, generosity and the encouragement through the introduction of new perks for the workmen staff and promotion across all cadres unleashes/reveals your love and commitment towards the employees’ welfare,” he added.
“The manifestation of your unwavering leadership and guidance further by the recent promotion opportunity extended to us, strengthen our confidence in the organization and your leadership abilities motivate us to give our best in facing the new challenges ahead and contribute/reciprocate wholeheartedly in attaining the corporate goal and eventual growth of our organization.
