JKPS Kunjwani students shine in Annual Belt Grading Test 2018

JAMMU: JK Public School Kunjwnai students shines in Annual Belt Grading Test 2018 organised by Tenshinkan Karate Do Association, J&K at JK Public School, Kunjwani, on August 24, 2018.
This was a mega event where budding JKIANS won Yellow, Orange, Green and Blue Belts. Overall 84 students participated out of which 54 were awarded with Yellow, 23 with Orange, five with Green and two Blue Belts.
Grading Test was taken by a Technical Committee comprising of Amandeep Singh, Gopal Dass, Aruna Sharma, Sukhbir Singh, Sahil Gupta and Alok Kumar.
The Chief Technical Director (Tenshinkan J&K) Shihan Brijesh Bhau supervised the overall event.
Sidharth Daluja graced the event as Chief Guest while Dr. Amit Vaid was the Guest of Honour and Naresh Sharma SDM R S Pura was the Special Guest.
Speaking on the occasion, Naresh Sharma briefed that Belt Tests provide an indication of the student having achieved a particular skill level and also helps them to prepare for their next levels. This encourages them to set short term goals and allows a sense of accomplishment in their Karate skills, he added.
The Chief Guest Sidharth Daluja applauded the students and wished them luck for upcoming events. The Principal S.K Singh appreciated the efforts of their Coach Gopal.
