In Kathua, the minor has been preparing to file a crime branch case against a witness of rap and assassination. Ajay Kumar alias Ajju had recorded his statement in front of the magistrate. However, he later turned away from the testimony.
Pathankot District sessions judge has issued a show-cause notice to Ajay Kumar. Also asked why did you file a case under 479 B. This section is levied when someone records his statement in front of the magistrate under 164 A and afterwards refuses.On February 27, 2018, Ajay recorded statements against Adnan Kumar alias Mannu. The application was filed in court on behalf of the prosecution that action should be taken against Ajay.
On November 12, Ajay has been asked to appear in the court. He can even go to court before this. After the Supreme Court order, session judge, Pathankot, Tejwinder Singh had held this case.After the petition was filed in the Supreme Court of the families of the accused, the Supreme Court transferred the case from Kathua district to Pathankot. The case is going on for eight people, including a minor, for killing an eight-year-old girl after a rape.
