Congress candidate from Chandni Chowk, Alka Lamba, has slapped an Aam Aadmi Party worker. As per reports, a scuffle broke out between AAP and Congress workers near Majnu ka Teela. AAP leader Sanjay Singh has said the party will complain to Election Commission.
