Jammu and Kashmir BJP president Ravinder Raina today said that the Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his party, AAP, won the Delhi Assembly polls because Kejriwal recited “Hanuman Chalisa” for the first time in his life.

“Kejriwal won the Delhi polls because of Hanumanji as he recited the Hanuman Chalisa and was blessed by Lord Hanuman, otherwise he would not have won,” Raina told reporters here while responding to media queries after AAP registered a resounding victory in the Delhi polls.

“Though BJP vote percentage was also big, Kejriwal and the AAP won because Kejriwal remembered Hanuman for the first time and recited Hanuman Chalisa and he was blessed by the Pawan Putra,” he said.
