A 65-year-old man who tested positive for coronavirus recently died at a private hospital on Saturday night, taking the state’s death tally, officials said.

The man, who lived in Jaipur’s upscale Raja Garden, was admitted to the hospital with complaints of a fever and breathlessness. He tested positive on Saturday, just hours before he died, the hospital’s medical bulletin said.

Jaipur accounts for 13 of the state’s 22 deaths.
