Four terrorists were killed in an encounter with security forces in Shopian district on Wednesday, police said.
“The bodies were handed over to families of the slain terrorists”, Director General of Police Dilbag Singh told . Close relatives were present during the burial of killed ultras.

The authorities seem to have ensured presence of only few relatives at the grave yards as a large number of people had joined the funeral of Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist Sajad Nawab Dar in Sopore on August 19 despite a lockdown to contain the outbreak of corona virus. Sopore Police had lodged FIR against unknown persons for violating Covid-19 protocol.
