69,878 new coronavirus cases reported in India on Saturday

India recorded a spike of 69,878 new coronavirus cases on Saturday, taking the total tally to 29,75,701. Deaths rose by 945 to a total of 55,794 and 63,631 new recoveries were reported, taking total to 22,22,577.
