Delegation visit orchestrated, curated, say Kashmir leaders

The visit of foreign envoys to Kashmir today, which is the second such visit to the Valley by foreign delegates post-August 5, 2019, evoked mixed reactions here, with many dubbing the tour as “orchestrated” and “curated”.
