The OnePlus Nord CE 3 has been a part of the rumour mill for a while, although the company is yet to confirm the development. As the name suggests, the Nord CE 3 will succeed Nord CE 2, and we can expect considerable upgrades from OnePlus to rival brands like Xiaomi and Redmi. Ahead of the launch, the Nord CE 3's full specifications have been leaked. It looks like the phone will continue to run on the Snapdragon 695 chipset, but the rear camera module will see a considerable upgrade. As spotted by 91Mobiles, the OnePlus Nord CE 3 will retain an IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Full-HD+ resolution. As mentioned, it will reportedly draw power from a Snapdragon 695 chipset paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. However, OnePlus may up the game this year by offering 256GB storage, as we saw on the Redmi Note 12 series. The camera department may see a big upgrade this year, and the Nord CE 3 could likely feature a 108-megapixel primary camera paired with two-megapixel cameras. It appears OnePlus may skip an ultra-wide angle lens. To recall, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 that launched in February 2022 comes with a 64-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 2-megapixel snapper. The front of the Nord CE 2 includes a 16-megapixel shooter, while the Nord CE 3 is reported to include a 16-megapixel selfie camera, as well. OnePlus is generally known for its fast charging tech, and we can expect a slight upgrade on the Nord CE 3. The report claims that the upcoming OnePlus phone will include a 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast charging support. The charging speed is the same as its predecessor, though the battery capacity has been increased. Other key features we can expect, include 5G, fingerprint scanner, NFC, and Android 13 out of the box. Earlier this month, the same publication published the alleged render of the phone and the Nord CE 3 will likely come in a black finish. The company may also launch a blue variant, which is synonymous with the Nord series. Pricing details remain unclear, though it won't be surprising if the phone costs above Rs 25,000. Smartphones in India are getting expensive and we saw that with the latest Redmi Note 12 series and Oppo A78 5G. Last year, OnePlus launched Nord CE 2 Lite - its first phone under Rs 20,000. The Nord CE 2 launched for Rs 23,999 for the base 6GB RAM + 128GB storage model.
OnePlus will also launch OnePlus 11 in India on February 7.
