On the highway that runs through Ramban, where traffic is being cleared on a one-way basis at single-lane road segments, slow traffic movement was seen.
Light Motor Vehicles (LMVs) will be permitted to operate on either side of the highway, subject to favorable weather and adequate road conditions, according to a piece of new advice from the J&K Traffic Police Department for Friday.
