Outside Undertakings Priest S Jaishankar has said that India isn't precluding an examination concerning Canada's charges about the contribution of the Indian government's representatives in the killing of a Khalistani dissident in that nation yet believes it should give proof to back its cases.

Jaishankar offered the remarks on Wednesday because of inquiries during a discussion with veteran columnist Lionel Stylist named 'How a Billion Group See the World' here.

"On the off chance that you have motivation to make such a charge, kindly offer the proof since we are not precluding an examination," Jaishankar, who is here on a five-day official visit to the UK, said while answering an inquiry.

He underscored that Canada has not imparted any proof to India to help its claims.

The ties among India and Canada went under extreme strain following Canadian Top state leader Justin Trudeau's claims in September of a "potential" contribution of Indian specialists in the killing of Khalistani dissident Hardeep Singh Nijjar on June 18 in English Columbia. India had assigned Nijjar as a fear monger in 2020.

India has dismissed Trudeau's claims as "ludicrous" and "spurred".

Jaishankar said that the right to speak freely of discourse and opportunity of articulation accompany a specific obligation and the abuse of those opportunities and the lenience of that abuse for political purposes would be exceptionally off-base, alluding to the supportive of Khalistani exercises in Canada.

Jaishankar said that he was in contact with his Canadian partner Melanie Joly on the issue.

He reviewed the assaults on the High Commission of India in Canada, or smoke bomb assaults on the High Commission and Department General, and said Indian ambassadors were scared openly, with no activity from the Canadian specialists against guilty parties.

Last week, Top state leader Trudeau underlined that a "battle" with India was not something Canada needed to have at the present time yet emphasized his claims and said Ottawa needed to "work valuably" with New Delhi on this "intense matter".
