A Lashkar-e-Toiba psychological militant was killed in an experience with security powers in Pulwama locale of Jammu and Kashmir, authorities said on Friday.

Following up on unambiguous intel with respect to the presence of a fear based oppressor in Arihal town of the south Kashmir region, security powers sent off a cordon and search activity nearby on Thursday, a police representative said.

During the pursuit activity, the concealing fear based oppressor terminated unpredictably at the security powers, which fought back, setting off an experience, he said.

The psychological militant, distinguished as Kifayat Ayoub Alie, an inhabitant of Pinjoora Shopian and related with the banished dread outfit LeT, was killed. His body was recovered from the experience site, the representative said.

Police records show his contribution in a few dread related violations, the representative added.

Implicating material and arms and ammo, including a gun, two magazines, five rounds, and two projectiles, were seized from the experience site, police said.
