Six individuals, including a one-year-old young lady, were killed in a Ukrainian rocket assault on Thursday on the southern Russian city of Belgorod, provincial lead representative Vyacheslav Gladkov said. Seventeen others, including four youngsters, were hospitalized with wounds, with six in difficult condition, Gladkov said, adding that two kids had proactively been delivered for short term treatment.
