Ranchers under the standard of Samyukta Kisan Morcha (SKM) (Non-Political), an umbrella body of a few homestead associations, on Monday stopped their farm haulers along the roadways at many spots in Punjab and Haryana requesting that the horticulture area be removed from the World Exchange Association (WTO) understanding.
