Unfazed by people’s anger post abrogation of Article 370, Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi appeared at Lal Chowk, where he briefly interacted with people in the busy flea market.

Naqvi on Tuesday kick-started the Narendra Modi government’s first outreach program in Kashmir after the scrapping of the special status of J&K and downgrading of the state into two Union Territories.
