Today a press conference was organized by the Private schools of Jammu division to defend low budget Private schools under the Presidium ship of Kamal Gupta, Rameshwar Mengi Vice President, Ajay Gupta General Secretary of J&K PSA.

While speaking members present stressed that private schools had been working for the welfare of mankind and rendering yeomen service but now they have to become prey to capricious & tyrannical rules being perpetuated by the insensitive administration of newly created Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir which seems to be in hurry.

As such we have been compelled to approach the 4th pillar of democracy to get justice and to pinpoint wrong policies. The government of India in order to grant social security to all its employees extended Employees' Provident Fund Scheme in 1952 and its provisions were also extended to the educational institutions on 6th March 1982 but due to Article 370, the provisions were not applicable in the state J &K .
