Terming PDP-BJP government in J&K as total failure, president of Pradesh Youth Congress (PYC), Pranav Shagotra today said that legalizing corruption and nepotism is only shining achievement of this regime. He said that except patronizing transfer industry BJP ministers in the coalition have done nothing for the people.
PYC president said that the way BJP's central leadership has maintained deaf ear and blind eye towards ongoing corruption and nepotism in J&K is an indication that Central government's campaign against corruption is confined only on papers.
"It appears that corrupt BJP ministers of J&K are giving due share of their 'hard-earned' money from corruption to the Central leadership of the party that is why Centre is supporting these ministers", Mr Shagotra said. Taking a dig at BJP ministers in the coalition for legalizing corruption, PYC president that only achievement of BJP ministers is flourishing transfer industry in the State. He dared the government to come out with any of its achievement during the last two and half years. He added that except flourishing transfer industry nothing has been done. He pointed out that the whole-sale transfers in the different departments in an indication of corruption in the system. "BJP ministers have doled out licenses to the touts and power brokers to openly auction plum postings in their respective departments", he alleged.
