The main factor to survive in the world is via making money every day so that one can earn the daily bread for himself and his family. There is a huge difference in the bread earners of society. Some earn to gain name & fame to lead a luxurious, hassle-free life whereas some portions of the society focus on just making money to survive and not for acquiring materialistic assets.
When we compare the upper-class people of the society we observed that they are mostly focusing on the career achievements, luxurious cars, big houses, pets, jewellery and other expensive things and they are so messed up and stuck in their day to day schedule that sometimes parents don’t have time to spend with their children and they even don’t realize that with time their children have grown into adults and they didn’t get enough time to see them getting older. They even neglect their parents and leave them on their own and by the time they realize that we should have spent some time with our parents it’s too late and their parents go from this world and only a few memories are stuck in their mind.
Even when the whole world is into celebration during festivities these business classes don’t have time to celebrate the festival with their loved ones. Few people even end up in broken marriages and lack of interest in a relationship due to time constraint. This is the major factor of marriage downfall and sometimes even give rise to extra-marital affairs.
Whereas on the other hand people from the lower class work very hard every day to earn food for themselves and for their family and there are very much happy and leading a pleasant life. They pay attention to their children and older people of the family and take care of them. They inculcate all traditions and cultural values in their kids. They enjoy festivities in full throttle and make use of their time in an appropriate way. They are leading a non-materialistic way of living.
The fact is that one has to earn money for his survival. But each and everything in this world comes with pros and cons so likewise money has its merits and demerits as well. Money can buy you expensive gifts, luxurious things but money can’t buy happiness, it can buy you valuable time to be spent with family and friends. A man should not spend most of his life chasing the almighty dollar. But should live in today rather than focusing on future. Because God has made excellent plans for everyone so we should leave everything on him and enjoy the moment.
