Batwal community felicitates winner of Miss North India contest

The Batwals of India on Friday felicitated Kumari Aman, who bagged Miss North India Beauty Queen Contest 2017 organised by BHS & TIE Group at Chandigarh wherein she was presented the award title by the Daughter-in-Law of former Indian Prime Minister, Dr Manmohan Singh.
“To me beauty is happiness; it is a gesture, a smile, a kind word, and compassion. It is not only something visual but also something that can be felt”, said Kumari Aman.
Kumari Aman is 20. She comes from Village Ganda of Tehsil R.S Pura and belongs to Motan clan of Batwal Community. She is studying B.Tech in Civil at Chandigarh and plans to pursue a career in modeling.
Wishing her all the success in the coming years, the Organisation General Secretary, R.L Kaith said that children being future of the nation must be encouraged to excel in the field they like the most.
Prior to this contest, she had been named Miss Personality by Gyan Jyoti Group of Institutions.
