Mohinder Club wins friendly cricket match

Sunil’s quick-fire 62 runs off 49 balls helped Mohinder Singh Cricket Club (MSCC) to friendly cricket match against Sher-e-Kashmir Cricket Club (SKCC) by six wickets played at Samba Stadium, here on Sunday.
Earlier batting first after winning the toss, SKCC, led by Aman Cheema, scored a challengeable total of 173 runs in 20 overs for the loss of eight wickets.
Sumeet was the top scorer with 33 runs off 26 balls followed by Pankaj Khajuria, who made 26 off 18 balls. Anil Langeh also chipped in 24 runs off 19 balls. For MSCC, Romi and Suraj took two wickets each while Shiva and Mukesh shared apiece.
Skipper Rajeshwar Singh hit a boundary on fourth ball of the last over of match to make the winning run for MSCC. Earlier, Sunil smashed 62 runs while Rahil played an inning of 34 off 30 balls. For SKCC, Pankaj, Happy, Jimmy, Udesh and Shahrukh took one wicket each. For his match winning knock, Sunil of MSCC was declared Man of the Match.
