Prominent among those present on the occasion included Mohd Makhbool, Manvar Hissain, Madam shaheen Nadhaf, Abdul Rehman, Charan Singh, Master Latif, Mukthyar Ahmed Wani, Mohd Mohnar Mir, Jarnail Singh besides others.
Bhalla held the government directly responsible for creating mess in over three years of taking over the reins of administration and putting the State virtually at the point of disintegration.
He said that in the name of development and good governance only hollow slogans have badly demoralised the innocent people who are still wandering and searching Govt which is non-approachable and invisible so far.
He said the public tolerance and pliability should not be taken for granted. He said if Govt fails to mend its ways, it will prove disastrous for State.
While criticising the government for ignoring the common man in the State, Bhalla alleged PDP-BJP dispensation has totally lost its credibility due to its mis-governance, which led to the failure of government on all the fronts.
He particularly mentioned the water crisis in the Malik Market area following which general public of the area is going through extreme hardships to manage water for household affairs be it drinking water, water for cooking and bathing. He expressed disappointment over the fact that to meet the scarcity of water in the area Congress Govt had constructed water tube well in the area but the present Govt could not start it.
He warned the Govt if the issue of poor water supply was not resolved people of the area will hit streets and roads and will also block national highway if the Govt remains callous in addressing the issue in shortest possible time.
He further added that the summer season is all set to make its presence in short time and if this is present situation of water supply what will happen in peak summer.
“This is not a coalition but a collusion regime where the parties lack consensus on important issues,” he charged BJP ministers of the ruling coalition as mere ornamental pieces in Coalition Govt, Bhalla slammed them for having allegedly failed to deliver on the ground.
