Toddlers’ World celebrates Green Day

Toddlers’ World-a unit of JK Public School, Kunjwani celebrated the Green Day.
The significance of the colour was reiterated by performing a plethora of activities.
Classes Pre-Nursery, Nursery, LKG, UKG and 1st participated in the celebrations. Students performed colouring activities and advertised the campaign ‘Clean and Green India’. They also pledged to keep their surroundings neat and tidy.
The teachers of the wing highlighted the importance of green colour in ones life and why is it so valuable for everyone. Kids were told to plant more and more trees in their surroundings.
In another activity, they were told about the benefits of Banyan Tree, our national tree and why people worship it.
All budding buds of the wing not only came dressed in green attires presenting a soothing view, but also brought green food in their tiffins.
The day was a great fun for kids as well for teachers as this activity helped them share some happy moments and learn something new through novel approach.
