Prime Minister Narendra Modi complimented ISRO on Wednesday for the effective dispatch of Cartosat-3 satellite. "I healthily compliment the whole ISRO group on one more fruitful dispatch of PSLV-C47 conveying indigenous Cartosat-3 satellite and over twelve nano satellites of USA," he tweeted.
