A major fire broke out at ESIC Hospital in Sector-24, Noida from Delhi. The incident was reported to the fire department, after which three fire engines reached the spot to extinguish the fire.

At present, firefighters are doing relief and rescue work. Currently, the fire has been controlled. After the fire, the hospitalized patients were taken out, even the patients admitted in OT with great difficulty. There is an atmosphere of panic in the hospital after the incident. There has been reported to be considerable loss. So far it has not been known how the fire broke out.

A police official said that the basement of the seven-storey building located in Sector 24 of Noida has caught fire. The official said that the fire department received its information at around eight in the morning, after which fire brigades were sent on the spot.
