Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI has now selected Afghanistan, Europe, Thailand, and Malaysia to supply financial oxygen to the money-strapped terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir. The ISI is in alliance with Afghan terrorists and businessmen. In addition to connecting people involved in the smuggling of drug addicts in various parts of the country including Jammu and Kashmir, he has also changed many people involved in the financial network of terrorists in slave Kashmir.

Significantly, the terrorists operating in Jammu and Kashmir are currently worried about the cash crisis in funding. This makes difficult for them to prepare new bases and also to collect other equipment. Overground workers are also not fully supportive. Due to this, they are not able to carry out their subversive activities as well. The old hawala businessman and several of his financiers in Jammu and Kashmir are currently in jail.

Sources said that on the basis of interrogation, the terrorists caught in Kashmir have recently admitted that there has been a shortage of both money and weapons. According to him, his financial support from Pakistan has reached its lowest level in the last one year after the closure of the cross LoC trade and the detention of several big separatist leaders and some traders by the NIA. He has said that the situation that has been there since August has also affected the money deposited at the local level. Therefore, jihadi organizations are not openly carrying out their activities.

According to information gathered by these terrorists and intelligence network based on their network, Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI has started using some Afghan businessmen who have contacts in Delhi, Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir. It is also taking help from the Taliban and other terrorist organizations operating in Afghanistan. Through them, she will use the same method of sending money to terrorists and separatists in Kashmir, which she was adopted in cross LoC trade. Apart from this, through her network active in Malaysia, Thailand, and Europe, she is also making contact with many businessmen of Kashmir and many people of Jammu and Kashmir who have come to earn employment in these countries. Through them, the money will be made available to spoil the situation in Jammu and Kashmir under the guise of profits in the game of import-export of various kinds of goods in Kashmir.

According to them, in the last five-six years, many businessmen of India are big with Afghanistan. This business also includes some people who used to do business with traders associated with ISI and jihadist organizations operating in Pakistan.

Sources associated with security agencies monitoring the hawala and financial network of the terrorists said that the terrorist leaders sitting in slave Kashmir have started playing an active role in the business of drug addicts through the Pakistan Army and Intelligence Agency. He is mainly involved in smuggling of heroin and brown sugar and has been sending narcotics from across the LoC, liaising with the people living in the contiguous areas along the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir, especially the Kashmir Valley.

His contacts living in the contiguous areas along the Line of Control are also doing the work of transporting the narcotics to Srinagar or other parts of the country at a commission of only five to ten thousand rupees. The proceeds from this are not passed across the border to the jihadi leaders but are reaching their cadre operating in Jammu and Kashmir in various ways through their network in India. Apart from this, terrorist organizations are also getting protection money from the elements involved in the cultivation and trade of narcotics in various parts of South Kashmir and North Kashmir. Eighty percent of the total heroin and brown sugar from across the border in Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab comes from Afghanistan, Peshawar.

He said that the Pakistani intelligence agency has made a massive change in its mechanism of providing money for jihadist and separatist elements operating in Jammu and Kashmir. The ISIA and jihadist organizations have put the hawala business under the cover of most of the old separatists and various types of religious organizations in Kashmir. It is also not directly contacting those traders in Jammu and Kashmir who have been on the radar of security agencies due to hawala connections in the past or they have been caught in closely related hawala business or separatist activities.

It has changed not only the financial commanders of the jihadist organization operating in Jammu and Kashmir but also the financial commanders of the terrorist network sitting in slave Kashmir. He has reassigned some old jihadist commanders in slave Kashmir who had taken back the command of the financial network nearly a decade ago. Bilal Shera and Sher Khan in Hizb, Talha, and Waleed in Lashkar have been given the responsibility of overseeing financial matters.
