Gold prices have been recorded today on February 4 Tuesday. Gold prices fell by Rs 388 on Tuesday. Significantly, on Monday, gold had closed at Rs 41,658 per 10 grams. Talking about 24 carat gold in Delhi, it has also seen a fall of Rs 388 on Tuesday.

Along with gold, silver has also seen a fall on February 4. The price of silver has fallen by Rs 346 per kg on Tuesday. The price of silver has now come down to Rs 47,080 per kg. Significantly, silver closed at Rs 47,426 per kg on Monday.

If we look at the Indian rupee, it was trading at 71.19 with a strength of 19 paise in early trade on Tuesday. At the same time, if we look at the trend of the whole day, then the spot rupee has traded with strength of about 18 paise against one dollar.

In the global market, gold was trending at $ 1,570 an ounce on Tuesday and silver remained steady at $ 17.73 an ounce.

According to Tapan Patel, senior analyst at HDFC Securities, the global markets gained after the liquidity infuse by the Chinese Central Bank, resulting in a fall in the price of gold.

At the same time, talking about the futures market, on Tuesday evening of April 3, 2020 gold futures on the MCX exchange fell by 0.57 per cent or Rs 233 to trade at Rs 40511 per 10 grams.
