At this time of the year, the idea of a day out in Delhi is one of the best things to do to make the best of this pleasant February winter. Sure, most of us may feel like having already known enough about Delhi, but in truth, there’s a lot to be known and heard of from the right sources.

So, whether you are a sucker for historical facts with the potential to walk for hours on an exploratory trip, or a cultural buff who does not mind going places to hear unheard stories, there is a cool event coming up in February to meet your needs.

Here’s a chance to retrace Delhi’s 800 years journey from a small outpost to the capital city of India. The upcoming two-day exploratory narrative starting from Feb 15 to 16 will explore how empires rose and fell in one of the most unique cities in the world.

The event will delve deeper into the heart of Dilli, which has the reputation of being a city of immigrants, with tourists and invaders abound. The soul of cosmopolitan Delhi will be experienced via poetry, music, food, community interactions, and more.

However, considering the fact that Delhi’s unlimited trajectories cannot be fully explored in two days span, this event holds the promise of laying open the city in the best insightful manner possible. To keep participants pumped up throughout the walk, the organizers will also serve them with delicious Dilli ka khana.
