Prepare Excellent breakfast noodles cutlets

List of Material
* Noodles
* Red, yellow, green capsicum - 1 cup (finely chopped)
* Potato - 1 cup (boiled and peeled)
* Carrots - 1/4 cup (chopped)
* Salt - as per taste
* Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
* Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
* Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
* Black pepper powder - as per taste
* Garlic - 1 teaspoon (finely chopped)
* Ginger - 1 teaspoon (finely chopped)
* Green chilies - 1 teaspoon (finely chopped)
* Green coriander leaves - for garnish
* Oil - to fry
* Shejwan sauce - 2 tsp

Method :
* Cut the noodles into small pieces and put them in a bowl.

* Now add boiled potatoes, capsicum, carrots and mix well by hand.

* Then add salt, red chili powder, chaat masala, turmeric, black pepper powder, garlic, ginger, green chili, coriander leaves, and mix.

* Now make small balls of them. Shape the cutlet and keep it in a plate.

* Heat a nonstick pan and fry these cutlets in them till they become golden brown.

* Remove to a serving plate and serve with Sagewon Sauce.
