President Ram Nath Kovind has given in-principle consent for the Central University to be the Chief Guest at the second convocation in March. After this, the university administration has started preparing the list of the preparations, guests, and students for the ceremony. The date of the ceremony has not been finalized. A letter was sent to the Rashtrapati Bhavan for the convocation. It has been agreed. The event is proposed on 14 or 15 March. It will be finalized after full assent from the President. Degrees will be awarded to pass out students of 2018 and 2019 at the convocation. At the moment, the venue of the ceremony has also not been determined.
