Jammu Airport ranked sixth among 48 small airports across the country in the Customer Satisfaction Survey. Jammu Airport received a rating of 4.68 out of five, while Leh Airport was ranked 28 with a rating of 4.38. There are around 32 flights daily from Jammu Airport. The Customer Satisfaction Index was surveyed by the Airport Authority of India at 48 airports with less than 20 lakh passengers per year. The third phase of the survey ran from January to June and the fourth phase from July to December, 2019. In this, their opinions were known to the passengers on 33 standards.

Now its results have been released by the authority. In the January to June survey, Jammu Airport received a rating of 4.66, while in the July to December survey, the airport gained two points to 4.68. At the same time, Leh Airport also increased its facilities. Being an international airport, Srinagar Airport was not included in the survey.
