PM makes telephonic call to Kuldeep Raj Gupta

Prime Minister, Narendra Modi this morning made a call to senior BJP leader and former vice chairman, State Advisory Board for the Development of Pahari Speaking People, Kuldeep Raj Gupta.

The telephone call was made by PM from his Delhi office in the morning at 9:00 a.m which lasted for five minutes.
Prime Minister praised Gupta for his services towards the public of J&K as well as nation as a whole. He appreciated that Kuldeep Raj Gupta is still working for the development of the UT and progress of its people. Prime Minister also enquired about the health of BJP leader and also inquired about the local population in the area.

Gupta complimented the PM for giving ST status to the Pahari people of the J&K and said the reservation rules for 4% reservation to Pahari speaking people have been notified and published. Gupta, while complimenting PM for the same said this way a long pending demand of the Pahari people was solved.

It may be recalled that Kuldeep Raj Gupta is second senior BJP leader with whom PM talked on phone in last three days. Earlier, Narendra Modi had made a telephonic call on former Union Minister, Prof Chaman Lal Gupta in the morning of April 21.
