Jammu and Kashmir Government announced a month-long summer break for degree colleges falling in summer zones. The Higher Education Department of J-K has announced summer vacations from June 5 till July 5, for all the government institutions in Jammu division.

As per the order issued by secretary HED, Talat Parvez Rohella read: “All government degree colleges of the Union Territory of J&K - in summer zone shall observe summer vacations with effect from June 5 to July 5”
