‘Kabir Singh’ was one of the biggest hits of 2019 and also hit headlines for all the wrong reasons. Celebrating a year of the film, Shahid Kapoor penned a heartfelt note for fans who supported the movie, he shared, “To all those who gave so much overwhelming love to such a complex, conflicted character.

Shahid essayed the titular character in ‘Kabir Singh’ which was a remake of Telugu hit ‘Arjun Reddy’, featuring Vijay Deverakonda. The film faced a lot of flak and was slammed for portraying toxic masculinity. Earlier, Kiara Advani had also posted throwback pictures from ‘Kabir Singh’, celebrating a year of the film.
