Sikh community irate over no representation in PSC

Watsupptoday | Jammu

There being not even a single member from Sikh community nominated in the recently constituted Public Service Commission has sparked off resentment in the community.
This was stated by a prominent Sikh leader from Jammu and chairman of the SGPB and DGPC, Tarlochan Singh Wazir while talking to the reporters here. He termed this as minority sikh community being continuously discriminated in every sphere in J&K.
Wazir said that previously at least one Sikh member has always been there in Public Service Commission (PSC), but now the total neglect of Sikh community member has badly hurt the genuine fundamental aspirations of the community and particularly of the young generation which was feeling being alienated in every sphere.
He added that the community has decides to inform Jathedar Shri Akal Takhat Amritsar over this and seek his instructions.
