HDFC Bank opens branch at Dhar Road Udhampur

HDFC Bank Ltd. today reached an important milestone of 81branches in J&K. This branch is located at Dhar Road, Udhampur. This is the 3rd Branch in Udhampur District. The branch was inaugurated by Dr. Piyush Singla,IAS Deputy Commissioner, Udhampurand Mr. Sachin Mahajan, Circle Head, HDFC Bank was also present at the branch inauguration. The new branch will cater to the local population in and around the residential neighbourhood as well as the rest of Jammu, giving them access to the full range of HDFC Bank�s products and services.
HDFC Bank has rapidly expanded its branch network in J&Kon its journey to this milestone. This began with its very first branch, which was set up at Jammu in 2003. Since then, HDFC Bank is reaching out to an increasing number of people across Jammu. It has also leveraged technology to provide banking services through multiple digital channels such as netbanking and mobile banking. HDFC Bank has focused on reaching out to the large unbanked segments and help contribute towards economic development, and employment generation for the people.
