Allegations, charges by director education against me baseless: Parents� asso chief

All Parents Association Jammu Wednesday said that the allegations, against their president, leveled in a letter to DC Jammu, by Director School Education Anuradha Gupta, were totally baseless. The association also said that the director education was only trying to save her image as well as chair by defaming Amit Kapoor, association president.
The association also challenged Anuradha Gupta to prove Kapoor as guilty of misdoings saying that she doesn�t have any proof of the allegation she had leveled.
Meanwhile Kapoor has said that he will resign if the charges leveled by Anuradha were proved true.
Addressing media persons, here, Kapoor said, �First baseless, fake and false allegation she has leveled is that Amit Kapoor is leading a self styled and unregistered organization �Parents Association� so in this context I would like to clarify to Anuradha Gupta and to all other people who are trying defame the association that All Parents Association Jammu is registered by the High Court of Jammu and also All Parents Association Jammu is affiliated to the All Schools Parents Association (INDIA) having Reg No:-223/260/1265 Which is lead by Mrs Shivani Jain (9891748843). Now from this it must be clear to all people of Jammu and Kashmir including Anuradha Gupta who is misleading the people and who is levying false fake and baseless allegations just for the sake of saving her chair and to clear her image.�
Giving further responses to the allegations against him and the association, Kapoor added , �Second baseless, fake and false allegation the Director Education has leveled against me is that I am a blackmailer and history sheeter having many FIR�s registered in my name. I want to clarify that the FIR�s registered against me are only and only of protest that we did in support of our soldiers that were martyred on 14 February when terrorists attacked on our soldiers and 40 brave hearts were martyred at that time whole country was on roads to support the nation. Other than these FIR�s not even a single FIR has been registered against me in any of the police station and to support this I have with me the copy of a petition filed in the High Court of Jammu giving me a clean chit.�
