Murder of political activists in Kashmir condemned by all, need for full security: Bhim Singh

Prof. Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of J&K National Panthers Party & Human Rights activist condemned brutal massacre of three BJP activists in the same family of Bandipora last evening and demanded immediate restoration of Governor Rule in J&K as Union Territory status has proved total failure in Jammu & Kashmir. He has demanded intervention of President of India to restore statehood to Jammu & Kashmir without any delay as Union Territory status has proved total failure. He described the brutal killing of three BJP activists well-known in the area who had, according to the reports, 8 PSOs for their security.
He raised this question about 8 PSOs of the BJP leaders as where were they at the time when motorcycle ridden militants came to the spot and shot four political activists in the full view of public. Three of them well-known BJP activists including a District President, Mr. Sheikh Waseem Bari, Mr. Bashir Ahmed & Mr. Umar Bari were shot dead. Where were 8 PSOs at that time?
Panthers Party activists in Baramulla, Karnah, Sopore, Srinagar, Anantnag and other areas have held strong condemnation of this massacre demanding an enquiry about the security cover of the massacred BJP activists and the role of their PSOs and the local police.
Prof. Bhim Singh held a meeting of the Panthers Party activists in Jammu also condemning the brutal murder of the BJP activists last evening in Bandipora, Kashmir. He has also demanded an urgent enquiry by the District Magistrate Bandipora about the role of the security cover which was provided to the BJP activists who were massacre last evening.
Prof. Bhim Singh has also urged the President of India, Shri Ramnath Kovind for his intervention to ensure restoration of statehood to Jammu & Kashmir and restoration of appropriate security cover & Fundamental Rights to all the Panthers Party Office Bearers in the Districts and the State in Jammu & Kashmir so that the Panthers Party can play its effective role as political activists in the interest of democracy, rule of law and security to all political activists from all political parties in Jammu & Kashmir.
Panthers Party also urged on the activists of all political parties in Jammu & Kashmir to stand together, join each other so for as security of every political activist and the Fundamental Rights are restored. No matter which political party he/she may belong to. All political activists deserve security cover.
