Maharashtra home minister Anil Deshmukh says there is no need for a CBI?inquiry into the death of Sushant Singh Rajput.

Actor Rhea Chakraborty joined the chorus on Thursday, asking for a CBI?inquiry into the death of her boyfriend, late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. However, Maharashtra home minister Anil Deshmukh sees no need for CBI�s intervention.

Speaking to reports, Anil said the Mumbai Police do not suspect any foul play in relation to Sushant�s suicide so far. �I have the tweets and the campaign. But I don�t think that a CBI probe is required. The Mumbai Police is competent enough to handle such cases and they are investigating every aspect of the case including professional rivalry. As of now, we do not see any foul play. Details of the investigation will be shared once it is completed,� he said.
