Notice for Walk-in-Interview for the post of Para Medical Staff of 192 post Divisional Hospital Firozpur and Sub Divisional Hospital Amritsar will be held. Notification No. 98-Med/1/COVID-19/FZR Date: 06.08.2020 As per extant instructions of Railway Board/New Delhi vide letter No. E(NG)ll/2005/RC-4/SC/2 dated 28.03.2020, Firozpur Division/Northern Railway desired to engagement of Para-Medical Staff in Group �C� and Group�D�on contract basis for the period of One Month only due to COVID-19 pandemic in Divisional Hospital/Firozpur & Sub-Divisional Hospital/Amritsar. In view of the exigencies related with the COVID-19 pandemic and in view of adequate preparedness, it has been decided to engage paramedical staff for the post as mentioned below on contract basis, for Divisional Hospital/Firozpur & Sub-Divisional Hospital/Amritsar, Northern Railway.

Eligible Candidates having the following qualifications, age, experience and fulfilling other terms and conditions may appear before the Board for Walk-in-interview/ Video based interview along with duly filed in applications form in the given format as per Annexure-I with all relevant self-attested copies of each certificates/testimonials send through E-mail- [email protected] upto 25.08.2020.

Advertisement Age limit for Retired Para-Medical Staff of Central/State Government:- Candidate who has not completed age of 65 years.

Preference:- Retired Para-Medical Staff of Central/State Government will be given preference.
Previous service rendered (including on contract) may be Indicated.

Since the posts are over and above the sanctioned cadre due to the exigencies on temporary measure, no prescribed community distribution (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) is applicable. However age relaxation will be given to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD etc category as per extant rules.

Age will be reckoned as on the date of notification. The vacancy is provisional and may increase or decrease as per administrative necessity, there may be wait-listed/stand-by� candidates against the notified panel/select list who may be engaged as per necessity.

Period of contract:-
The above mentioned engagement is purely on temporary measure for a period of one month from the date of engagement, unless extended by further orders, Remuneration:-
i) The following will be monthly consolidated remuneration for full time contractual paramedical staff; Post Monthly remuneration Staff Nursing Rs. 750/-per day Pharmacist Rs. 750/-per day Hospital Attendant Rs. 500/-per day Safaiwala Rs.500/-per day

ii) Daily rate of deduction per day from the pay for absence may be on pro-rata basis, Venue, Date and Time of Walk-ln-Interview or Video based interview will be informed later on to eligible candidates. NB The interview may be extended to more than one day depending on number of applicants. No. TA/DA/ Accommodation will be provided to the candidates attending the physical interview in case it is done.

I. Two recent Passport size photographs (self-attested)

* Educational/Technical/Professional qualifications certificate from recognized institution.
* Certificate indicating the Date of Birth (SSLC)
* Certificate of Experience & �No Objection Certificate� from the employer & relevant certificate. Aadhar Card & PAN card.

The detailed instructions with regard to the duties while in contract engagement in Railways shall be given to the contractual paramedical staff concerned in the event of selection along with the offer of engagement. Appearance in the interview will not vest any right upon the candidates to be engaged as paramedical staff and no reasons will be cited or communication shall be made with the candidates in the event of candidates not getting selected.
