�You shut Internet, electricity, water�what if farmers stop farming?� Manish Sisodia to BJP

Days after the tractor rally organised by the farmers' unions on Republic Day turned violent in the national capital, Delhi's Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on Friday took to Twitter to send a message to Bharatiya Janata Party leaders. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has been supporting farmers since they started protesting against the Centre�s three farm laws. Earlier today, Sisodia said: �Ego does not fill stomachs.� The Delhi Education Minister, in a message to the BJP followers, said that if farmers stop farming, even for one season, �you will stop breathing�. On January 26, Internet services in some of the areas in Delhi were stopped following the government's instruction in order to keep the situation under control. The instruction was given by the government on Delhi Police's request after aggressive farmers suddenly broke police barricades and entered the city before the pre-decided time. Telecom operators such as Airtel, Jio, and Idea had sent messages to their customers to alert them about the disrupted Internet services. "As per the government instructions Internet services have been stopped in your areas till further notice," read a message from Jio in a particular area where Internet services were stopped. In an order, the Ministry of Home Affairs also suspended Internet services at Ghazipur, Tikri, Singhu, Mukarba Chowk and Nangloi, along with their adjoining areas, till 11.59 pm in order to maintain 'public safety'.
