Britney Spears and her husband Sam Asghari split nearly three weeks ago, and according to her divorce filing, she is seeking spousal support and attorney fees in the divorce.
Asghari, 29, filed for divorce from her 14-month marriage to the 41-year-old pop star late Wednesday in Los Angeles County District Court.

The document lists July 28 as the date of the couple's separation, although news of the split only broke on Wednesday.
