WWE wrestler Bray Wyatt died Thursday after a heart attack at the age of 36.
Wyatt, whose real name was Windham Rotunda, had reportedly been suffering from a life-threatening illness for the past few months.

Wyatt has been out of the ring since January of this year.
Former wrestler and WWE Content Director Paul Levesque, better known by his ring name Triple H, delivered the heartbreaking news to X.

“I just received a call from WWE Hall of Famer Mike Rotunda informing us of the tragic news that a lifelong member of our WWE family, Windham Rotunda – also known as Bray Wyatt – passed away unexpectedly today. Our thoughts are with his family and we ask that everyone respect their privacy at this time," Levesque tweeted.

The news of the former WWE Champion's death comes as a shock to the wrestling community and fans as recent reports suggested that he has recovered from a life-threatening illness and is preparing for a comeback in the ring.
Following the sad news, WWE wrestlers and fans took to social media to pay tribute to the third-generation wrestler.
