The Bombay High Court on Thursday suppressed the Post Fliers (LOCs) gave against Rhea Chakraborty, her sibling and father by the CBI regarding its test into the demise of entertainer Sushant Singh Rajput. A division seat of Judges Revati Mohite Dere and Manjusha Deshpande permitted the petitions documented by Rhea Chakraborty, her sibling Showik and their dad Indrajit against the LOCs gave against them in 2020. CBI's supporter Shreeram Shirsat mentioned the seat to remain the activity of its organization for a time of about a month with the goal that the organization could record an allure in the High Court. However, the HC bench refused to stay its order. Rajput was tracked down dead in his condo in rural Bandra on June 14, 2020. While the Mumbai police enlisted a Unintentional Demise Report and began a test into the case, Rajput's dad in July 2020 stopped a grumbling with the Bihar police, charging that the entertainer's better half Rhea Chakraborty and her relatives had abetted his self destruction. The case was subsequently moved to the Focal Department of Examination (CBI) which has from that point forward been completing a test into it. The LOCs were given in August 2020 against Rhea Chakraborty, her sibling and their dad.
