BCCI welcomes IPL proprietors for casual meet in Ahmedabad on April 16

The BCCI has welcomed proprietors of the 10 IPL groups for a casual gathering in Ahmedabad on April 16 and there could be conversations on expected expansion in closeout satchel for the establishments and player maintenance.
The gathering will happen uninvolved of the game between Delhi Capitals and Gujarat Titans at the Narendra Modi Arena.
"The IPL proprietors have been welcomed for a casual gathering. There is no set plan. Since IPL will be into its subsequent month, it will be a great time for all partners to get together," a BCCI official told PTI.
Possible conversations could be around the super sale due not long from now, covering player maintenance and likely expansion in the closeout handbag which as of now remains at Rs 100 crore.
BCCI secretary Jay Shah, president Roger Binny and IPL executive Arun Dhumal will go to the gathering.
Right now, groups are permitted to hold four players in front of each super sale, which is led once in three years and was last held in 2022. The following super sale will be held in front of the 2025 version of the league.The two-month IPL started on Walk 22 and will end with the last in Chennai on May 26.
Qualifier 1 and Eliminator will be held in Ahmedabad on May 21 and May 22 while the Qualifier will be organized in Chennai on May 24.
The BCCI had first reported the timetable of the initial fourteen days prior to delivering the full line-up of games last week after the dates of the overall races were uncovered.
The seven-stage decisions will start on April 19 and correspond with the association.
