Public Meeting president and sitting MP from Srinagar Farooq Abdullah wouldn't challenge the Lok Sabha surveys attributable to his heath, the party said on Wednesday.

The declaration was made by his child and NC VP Omar Abdullah at a party capability in Rawalpora on the edges of the city here.

"He (Farooq Abdullah) has taken consent from (party's overall secretary) (Ali Mohammad) Sagar and other party individuals to not challenge the surveys this time on account of his wellbeing," Omar Abdullah said.

He said it is currently the party's liability to handle the best applicant from the voting demographic. He trusted that the citizens would assist the NC up-and-comer with succeeding so he/she turns into a voice of individuals of Srinagar in Delhi.
